Job Description Program Planning & Delivery Leadership Lead complex technology programs and initiatives spanning multiple teams, workstreams, enterprise applications, and business functions.Establish and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, delivery roadmaps, scope, objectives, and success measures.Translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution plans and ensure teams understand commitments, sequencing, and expected outcomes.Drive work to completion by establishing ownership, monitoring progress, resolving delivery gaps, and ensuring actions are followed through to closure.Adapt planning and delivery practices across Agile, iterative, hybrid, and traditional delivery models based on organizational and program needs. Cross-Team Coordination, Dependencies & Integration Coordinate delivery across product teams, platform teams, architecture, security, infrastructure, QA, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.Identify, track, and actively manage cross-team dependencies, integration points, constraints, risks, issues, and decisions.Connect business processes, enterprise applications, and technical workstreams to ensure issues are evaluated beyond the immediate symptom or originating system.Establish clear engagement points, handoffs, and escalation paths across teams and organizational boundaries.Facilitate timely resolution of blockers and ensure the appropriate technical and business participants are engaged.
