Role and Responsibilities Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services Department facilitates the processes between Claims, reputed company, and our brokers. Demonstrated reputed company services or customer support experience in insurance or financial industry operations. 3 or more years of Property/Casualty Insurance or other financial industry customer operations/servicing experience with strong knowledge of specialty lines, especially Cyber Liability. 3 or more years of experience managing and/or directing customer operations, analyzing metrics, and implementing efficiency improvements. Strong technical proficiency including bolthires reputed company, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams and brokers. Familiarity with project management principles and user acceptance testing. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing personnel. Insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, CIPP, CIPM, FIP, or CPLP. In-depth understanding of the regulatory environments and requirements.
