The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing Apple-based solutions, and supporting deployments across enterprises and institutions. Experience Required - 34 years in Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering - Experience with Apple enterprise deployments is mandatory - Technical Skills - Robust knowledge of Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS/iPadOS) - Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Apple School Manager - MDM platforms: Jamf / Intune / other MDMs Basic understanding of: - Zero-touch deployment - Device enrollment & configuration profiles - Application deployment - Exposure to Windows / Microsoft Intune / Autopilot is a plus Key Responsibilities - Work closely with sales teams to support enterprise & SMB customers - Conduct customer discovery meetings and requirement analysis - Design and propose Apple deployment architectures - Deliver solution presentations, demos, and PoCs - Support ABM setup, MDM integration, and device onboarding - Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution briefs - Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales cycles - Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams - Soft Skills - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Customer-facing confidence - Ability to work with IT managers, decision-makers, and educators Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR Preferred Certifications (Valuable to Have) Apple Certified IT Professional Jamf Certified Microsoft Intune / Endpoint certifications .
