Process Improvement Manager | Onsite | Gurgaon (Gurugram)

Role Overview: The individual will be responsible for the operational execution of the processes across functions & ensure its implementation based on the strategic guidance from the leadership & senior management. The individual will guide all internal stakeholders and multi-vertical POCs for process optimization and streamline the workflow processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the process on day-to-day basis. Walkin interviews are open from 10th Aug onwards between 9:30-11AM at our Gurgaon Office We are "NOT" looking for someone with lean, six sigma or someone who has worked in 100+company size. This opening is suitable for someone who has worked in a small company setup. Key Responsibilities - Identifying issues within departments such as finance, hr, field operations, research etc. and recommending corrective actions or improvements - Measuring and analyzing results, implementing required changes for improvement - Primary duties is to monitor all activities within the process & ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness - Address operational issues and streamline the workflow in efficient manner - Integrate performance objectives & align with the strategic organizational goals - Prioritize improvement opportunities and build roadmaps - Coordinating analysis and redesign of underperforming processes - Monitoring KPIs and validating that changes achieve the intended impact - Ability to interpret process data, identify bottlenecks, and build meaningful performance indicators - Understanding how to design processes that meet operational and internal standards - Seeing the big picture while balancing it with operational realities Must-Have Traits - Should have worked in a team size of 40-50 members in social sector or development sector - Must have designed, implemented and executed the processes for 40-50 members - Oversee governance framework and accountabilty for end-to-end process improvements - Must be detail-oriented and facilitate day-to-day monitoring & improvements - Knowledge of setting up processes for field team, finance, hr, researchers is mandatory Qualifications - Proven work experience in identifying process gaps or similar role for a small setup team - Minimum 10+yrs of experience in understanding and identifying process improvement needs - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams of 40-50 members - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement Offered Remuneration - Between 11LPA - 13LPA Location - Gurgaon , Sec-43 Joining - Immediate Basis Applicants can share their resumes on hr@outlineindia.com .
