Store & Purchase Manager

Kherki EServices Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing player in the Solar Energy sector, based near IT Park, Chandigarh. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Manager to handle our inventory, material procurement, and vendor management efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming (inward) and outgoing (outward) solar material (panels, inverters, structures, cables, etc.) in stock/warehouse. Procurement & Sourcing: Procure quality material from reliable vendors at competitive prices and ensure timely delivery for installation sites. Vendor Coordination: Negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders (POs), and handle bill verifications. Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical verification of inventory to prevent stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages. System Updation: Maintain daily stock and purchase entries in Tally or company inventory software. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or Material Procurement, preferably in the Solar, Electrical, or Engineering manufacturing/EPC sector. Skills: Good knowledge of computer operations, MS Excel, and Tally. Strong negotiation and record-keeping skills. Education: Graduation in any stream (Commerce or Diploma in Supply Chain/Material Management is a plus). What We Offer: A stable and professional work environment near IT Park, Chandigarh.
