- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies for commercial interior projects. - Source and evaluate vendors for civil, MEP, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, gypsum, hardware, and finishing materials. - Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders. - Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules. - Coordinate with the Project, Design, Estimation, and Stores teams to understand material requirements. - Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory. - Ensure purchased materials meet quality specifications and project requirements. - Track purchase orders and resolve supply chain issues or delays. - Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation. - Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations. - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements. - Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and management MIS reports. .
