Purpose/Objective Associate Lead - Procurement will develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to standards and regulations. Management Insights: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on procurement best practices and strategic decisions. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Use this knowledge to inform procurement strategies and decisions. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management. Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
