As a FMS Transition Management- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to know when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency -Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.) -Guiding delivery teams in optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement -Project Management, Risk & Budget Management -Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services -Process Mapping and Re-engineering Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement to address delivery risks and performance challengesUtilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and validate timely completion of objectivesImplementing business process automation and improvement strategies to drive operational excellenceDirecting teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve issuesApplying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within managed servicesCrafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholdersValidating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery and performanceInitiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 15 years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Demonstrating skills in Business Process Automation (BPA) and Digital TransformationUtilizing Automation Solutions and Workflow Automation for Managed ServicesExcelling in Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Operational Risk ManagementLeading strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement initiativesApplying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunitiesDirecting teams through complexity with composure and clarityInitiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedJob Posting End Date .
