ITSM Transition Specialist Advisor - Can work Remote

Responsible for implementing a technical and business solution that has been sold to the reputed company. Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation. Develops and implements a master transition plan that manages cost and schedule to create or modify facilities, hire required staff, implement and test technical solutions, reputed company management, 3rd party partner management, extended transition team management, and implements service delivery processes.
