What Youll Be Working On Employee Experience & HR Operations (60%) Youll be the person who ensures our HR processes run smoothly and employees feel supported. Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and ensure a great first-day experience Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters Maintain and update employee data and HR records in internal systems Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives Assist employees with HR-related queries and policies Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and exit interviews Talent Acquisition (40%) Youll also help us grow by bringing the right people into the team. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage candidate communication and recruitment trackers Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination What Were Looking For 13 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Someone who enjoys working with people and improving employee experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Nice to Have MBA / PGDM in HR Experience working with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms Why Youll Love Working With Us Prospect to work close .
