Curriculum Development: Design and maintain training materials, including quick-reference guides, system simulations, and scenario-based labs. Module Expertise: Train on specific Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, HCM, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Analytics. Adoption Support: Work with change management teams to boost user confidence and system adoption, particularly post-go-live. Setting Management: Set up and troubleshoot training instances and lab environments. Needs Assessment: Identify knowledge gaps and tailor training to meet specific business processes. Required Skills and Experience Experience: Proven experience in training large populations on Oracle ERP/Cloud systems (typically 4-10+ years). Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Fusion user journeys, Employee Self Service, and reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View. Functional Proficiency: In-depth understanding of Benefits, Compensation, or Finance modules. Instructional Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Certification: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Certified Trainer) are highly preferred .
