Experience: 3+ Years Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Navision Technical Consultant with 35 years of hands-on experience in ERP development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AL/C/AL, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate/Logic Apps), APIs, and related Microsoft technologies, and will work closely with functional consultants and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV/Navision (on-premise and cloud) solutions. - Develop extensions, custom pages, reports, workflows, and modifications using AL (Application Language) and C/AL. - Implement and maintain integrations between Business Central/NAV and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OData, web services, and middleware. - Build automated workflows and low-code solutions using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Power Apps. - Develop and consume APIs (OData, REST) and integrate with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure AD, Key Vault). - Perform data migration, mapping, and validation from legacy systems to Business Central. - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of ERP customizations and integrations. - Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical designs. - Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high code quality. - Create and maintain technical documentation: design specs, API documentation, code comments, and user guides. - Provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and upgrades for Business Central and NAV environments. Required Skills - Knowledge of extensions, customization, and deployment in Business Central - Experience with Visual Studio and REST/SOAP APIs and integrations - Understanding of Dynamics ERP system architecture and data models - Knowledge of AOT, SSRS reports, workflows, and data entities - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - C/AL for legacy BC/NAV versions - AL (Application Language) for Business Central Positive to Have - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications - Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work independently and in a team .
