Cluster Collection Manager - Home loan (Rajamahendravaram)

Hello, We are hiring for a leading housing finance industry. About the Role We are looking for a result-oriented and field-driven Cluster Collections Manager to lead collections and recovery operations for the assigned cluster in Pune, Maharashtra. The role requires strong expertise in secured lending collections, particularly in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans (LAP), and legal recovery processes. The incumbent will be responsible for portfolio health, delinquency management, team handling, legal coordination, and ensuring recovery targets are achieved within defined compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities - Manage collections and recovery operations for the assigned cluster. - Drive collection efficiency across buckets with strong focus on overdue and NPA accounts. - Monitor delinquency trends and implement corrective action plans. - Ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved as per business expectations. - Maintain portfolio quality and minimize roll-forward percentages. - Lead and supervise Collections Executives, Collection Officers, and agency partners. - Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits. - Handle legal recovery cases including SARFAESI proceedings, repossession, and settlement processes. - Coordinate with empaneled advocates and legal agencies for recovery actions. - Engage with delinquent customers for resolution and recovery. - Ensure adherence to RBI, NHB, and internal compliance guidelines. - Prepare MIS reports on collections performance, recovery status, and legal cases. Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline. - MBA preferred. Experience: - 5-10 years of experience in Collections & Recovery. - Mandatory experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (Mortgage Loans), Collections Operations, and Legal Recovery & SARFAESI Process. - Experience in NBFC/HFC industry preferred. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of collections strategies and recovery mechanisms. - Hands-on experience in legal collections and CERSAI/SARFAESI processes. - Leadership and team management skills. - Good negotiation and communication abilities. - Robust analytical and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster. .
