Position Overview Sr Ops Lead , Performance Management Excited to grow your career As the Sr Ops Lead, Performance Management , you will be responsible for partnering across all operational areas to drive optimal performance by monitoring key metrics, facilitating a central operating rhythm and ensuring coordination across multiple teams within a diverse client portfolio . In this position, you will leverage your revenue cycle expertise to identify opportunities to reduce defects and improve process outcomes, while demonstrating sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce customer-ready deliverables. Some of your work products will include financial analyses, process performance reports , development of meeting conten t , meeting facilitation, action item tracking and partnership with global teams . The ideal candidate will be a high-performing hands-on individual with a proven track record of delivery with a strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology. You will bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture. The role requires the ability to thrive under pressure and view ambiguity and uncertainty as opportunities to solve problems, innovate and deliver results. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team within a highly matrixed work environment. Your day-to-day role will include: Actively build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business including appropriate communication, insight and incident managementPartner across teams and with key stakeholders to simplify processes, policy and align procedures to changing business models/prioritiesLeverage real-world understanding of revenue cycle processes and be an expert and trusted agent of communication to drive both accountability and prioritization of critical operational processesAdditionally, you will use data to generate key insights including variances to best practice, current maturity and performance, adoption levels, and pain pointsEnsure initiative tracker, action registry and meetings are driving top priorities and work down plans are created as appropriate to track progressCollaborate with onshore and global leaders to optimize efficiencies around revenue cycle operations adhering to compliance requirements while reducing time away from primary tasks for shared service and site teams to drive process and performance improvementEnsure performance expectations are communicated, measured and reported timely Required Skills: 35 years of experience in Physician or Hospital Revenue Cycle, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR)Experience solving problems in fast paced high-pressure situationsProven ability to look at the world through the eyes of others and interpret business needs in a way that drives the success of othersStrong financial, economic, analytical and technical acumenStrong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across groupsConflict/Negotiation management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointAttention to detail, highly organized and strong process-focused aptitudePossess strong leadership and organizational skills and can positively influence othersAbility to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective and independentCan deal with .
