Remote Healthcare IT Project Manager, Revenue Cycle

They are seeking a Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives within the healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Cerner or Epic Revenue Cycle, managing complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all phases of project activities, implementing Cerner or Epic Best PracticesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelinesCommunicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholdersManage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issuesForecast and track project financialsFacilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teamsCollaborate with third-party vendors, MSPs, internal departments, and service partnersSkillsProven experience managing projects involving Cerner or Epic Revenue CycleHands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle solutions, including Cadence, Prelude, MyChart and HelloWorldHands-on experience with Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions, including Cerner Registration, Charge Services, and/or XRStrong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes, including workflow and technical understanding in the Cerner or Epic spaceExperience with ServiceNow and project management toolsProven ability to work independently and manage time effectively along with excellent verbal and written communicationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience consideredPMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred)BenefitsHealth benefitsCompany OverviewOrion Groups provides IT consulting, custom software, cloud migration, integration, DevOps, and ongoing application support.
