About The Role In this role, you will have the potential to define and shape the AI strategy for Indias first real estate ecosystem of developers, brokers, societies, and most importantly, people like you the end customer! If you are excited about the prospect of being the go-to person for deep learning applications on a data science team, and willing to take end-to-end ownership of all machine learning problems, this is already a good fit! Youll be expected to execute in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited resources. Responsibilities - Architect, develop, and deploy advanced deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow for cutting-edge applications in areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. - Optimize model performance with state-of-the-art techniques like model quantization, distillation, transfer learning, or multi-GPU training. - Along with product managers, own the business outcomes/metrics which the data science model/algorithm drives. - Stay abreast of the latest advances in ML research with a goal of incorporating state of the art advancements wherever beneficial. - Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers. Requirements - 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or deep learning. - Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow; strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as HuggingFace, OpenCV and Scikit-Learn. - Solid understanding of the mathematics related to data science statistics, probability, linear algebra, etc. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. - Existing publication record in top-tier ML/AI conferences or contributions to opensource ML projects is highly appreciated.
