Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, employee education, and vendor coordination. Managing reputed company and offboarding activities and helping create a reputed company employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate HR data and documentation. Assisting with leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims. Helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assisting with HR audits, reporting, and documentation. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events. Helping document and improve HR processes and procedures as we continue building our standalone operations. Serving as a trusted resource for employee and manager questions reputed company to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment practices. Providing general administrative support across HR and office operations as needed.
