Procurement BPO Manager

Lead and manage the procurement operations team to ensure efficient execution of sourcing and purchasing activities. Expereince in handling US customers Ready to work in US Shift Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including requisition review, supplier selection, purchase order management, and delivery tracking.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans when required.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Analyze procurement data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies.Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve operational efficiency.Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and professional development.Manage escalations, resolve supply issues, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier management.Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insuranceWork Location: In person .
