SAP HCM Application SupportProvide day-to-day functional support for SAP HCM modules and related business processes.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within agreed service levels.Monitor system performance and support the resolution of process and system-related incidents.Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.2. Functional Support Support key SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, PD and Time Management. Support cross-functional processes and integrations between SAP HCM and other softwares.3.
