ANSR MedTech center brings together world-class engineering, product, and technology talent to build next-generation healthcare platforms and solutions that power global operations. Visualization / UX Engineer Global Insights & Analytics CoE Location: India GCC Function: Growth Strategy & Insights / Global Insights & Analytics Role Purpose: The Visualization / UX Engineer will design, build, and maintain business-facing analytics products, including dashboards, reports, portals, scorecards, and self-service consumption views. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Squad Leads, Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, QA / Operational Analysts, and platform / data teams to ensure analytics products are transparent, usable, performant, trusted, and supportable. This is a hands-on builder role for a growing analytics capability. The ideal candidate can translate business questions into intuitive visual experiences and help move the organization from static reporting toward decision-ready analytics products. Key Responsibilities: Business-Facing Visualization Design: - Partner with Product Owners and Squad Leads to understand business questions, use cases, decision needs, and user workflows. - Convert requirements into intuitive dashboard, report, portal, and scorecard designs. - Ensure visual products are designed around business action, not just data display. Dashboard and Analytics Product Build: - Build business-facing analytics products using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms. - Create views that are easy to navigate, performant, scalable, and fit for recurring use. - Translate metric logic, filters, dimensions, drill paths, and user interactions into effective visual layouts. UX and Consumption Experience: - Design user-friendly experiences that help stakeholders quickly understand what changed, why it matters, and where action is needed. - Standardize navigation, visual hierarchy, layout patterns, filters, and interaction design across analytics products. - Partner with Product Owners to ensure the product answers the intended business questions. Metric Display and Validation Support: - Partner with Solution Engineers and QA / Operational Analysts to validate displayed metrics, refresh behavior, filters, drilldowns, and calculation logic. - Ensure visual outputs align with approved business definitions and analytical logic. - Document known limitations, business rules, and interpretation guidance for end users. Release, Support, and Lifecycle Management: - Prepare dashboards and portals for release through appropriate governance and deployment processes. - Support documentation, release notes, usage guidance, and handoff to QA / Operations. - Contribute to enhancement backlogs and support ongoing usability, performance, and adoption improvements. Qualifications: - 58+ years of experience in data visualization, BI engineering, dashboard development, UX for analytics, or related fields. - Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI / visualization platforms. - Experience designing dashboards, scorecards, reports, portals, or business-facing analytics products. - Strong understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard usability, KPI presentation, and self-service analytics. - Ability to translate business questions into clean, intuitive, and actionable visual products. - Experience partnering with Product Owners, analysts, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms, Databricks, governed datasets, and production deployment processes is a plus. - Experience in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, commercial analytics, patient journey, payer/access, or claims data is preferred. - Experience working in a GCC / CoE or global delivery model is preferred. .
