This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to build their career in a professional with blended Process. You will be responsible for supporting implementation activities, maintaining accurate information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned processes. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day implementation activities and process-related tasks. Review and verify information/documents for accuracy. Update and maintain records in internal systems. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines. Identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action. Maintain productivity and accuracy as per business requirements. Ensure excellent attention to detail while handling process-related activities. Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, Operations, Back Office, Implementation, or similar roles. Candidates from Non-Insurance backgrounds are also eligible. Freshers with good communication and computer skills can be considered. Good written communication skills. Comfortable working on computer-based applications. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
