Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist International Recruitment Location: Faridabad Experience: 27 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Market: International / Multi-Country Hiring Earning: Performance & Commission-Based Opportunities What You'll Do Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients Source candidates across multiple countries and geographies Build and manage international talent pipelines Screen, shortlist and coordinate candidates with overseas clients Manage interviews, offers, negotiations and closures Work across different time zones and international markets Develop strong candidate and client relationships Support international recruitment mandates and business development Drive successful closures and revenue generation International Hiring Exposure Experience hiring for GCC, Europe, USA/Canada, Africa, Southeast Asia will be an added advantage.
