Maintain and troubleshoot video headend IP, RF QAM, and transcoding equipment to ensure uninterrupted content delivery. Execute onsite and remote installations of AV and IT devices, following bestreputed company safety and reputed company standards. Monitor reputed company health using tools such as reputed company, Zabbix, SevOne, and Power BI, and reputed company detailed reports on uptime, utilization, and incident trends. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Resort Design, Facilities Management, Operations, and the Digital Experience groupto implement new video and smarttechnology solutions. Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a reputed company on video distribution, encoding, or IoT device management. At least 3 years of handson networking experience , including switching, routing, and basic firewall configuration. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company environments, and ticketing platforms (e.g., reputed company/Support NOW). Demonstrated knowledge of AV control systems such as Crestron, QSC, and Sonify, as reputed company as video platforms like Synamedia and reputed company.
