The Technician should be min 10th or 12th Pass . Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking Knowledge from Technical institutes 6 Months of On-Field Experience with Desktops or Laptops preferred. Knowledge on MS Office activation & software installation like Photoshop & Adaobe Suite Wireless Printer & Router Installation Setup . Laptop & Desktop diagnose & Troubleshooting .Basic L1 Level Should be able to offer Laptop demonstration with features knowledge & able to talk to clients with confidence . Every Croma laptop buyer ,should be explained about our Zip services & tried to be sold the appropriate service by him . Store Timing : 12.30 to Store Closing 8.30 -9 pm. Saturday & Sunday Working , can take a holiday between Monday to Friday All Festivals will be working ,as per store , for which the holiday will be given alter on . Able to speak good Hindi , local regional language & Basic English language . Techies near to the store location will be preferred, as they will save the travelling time .
