They are seeking a General reputed company Application Support Analyst to join their Implementations team, where the analyst will work directly with clients to implement Symitar as their reputed company platform, manage GL aspects, and reputed company training and support. Responsibilities Analyzes the customers existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing reputed company to the JH product Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installation Oversees/performs reputed company set-up for customer (i.e. parameter and general reputed company set-up, updating job files for processing, etc.) Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features and usage of software products. Support may be at the customer site or remote Communicates the customers needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader Maintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project/case Prepares reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company technical guides for batch processing and reputed company workflows Provides onsite training and testing during the conversion process May reputed company other job duties as assigned Skills At least 18 months of hands-on experience in GL reputed company, data mapping, or reputed company/software implementation gained through reputed company work or educational reputed company Ability to travel up to 30% for reputed company implementations. Typical trips last 610 days, with 23 trips per project and an average of 710 trips annually. These engagements are dynamic and may include extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical phases Must possess exceptional communication skills as you'll consult with reputed company executives and leaders, guide decision-making, and reputed company impactful training sessions on our systems Must have a strong customer service reputed company with the ability to think critically and reputed company challenges quickly Must be a proactive self-starter who's eager to learn, adapt, and grow reputed company a reputed company team environment Associate or bachelor's degree preferred A basic understanding of General reputed company structures, reputed company-entry reputed company, and financial reporting requirements.
