We're looking for experienced Python developers with minimum 2 years of production experience and strong expertise in building web applications, APIs & Backends using Python, Django and FastAPI. Ability to write and debug code without AI assistance is a must. While we are an AI Augmented company, strong fundamentals are key to this position. We are looking for candidates who are problem solvers, thinkers, go-getters and are leaning towards leadership positions. Candidates must have a proven history of building, scaling, optimising and securing Python based backends and APIs using a microservice architecture. Required Experience 2 Years & Above experience building scalable Web Applications using Python with the Django Framework/FastAPI and PostgreSQL or MySQL with strong exposure to AI enabled development processes Key Skills Required for this Job If your entire ability to code is dependant on AI, this job is not for you. While we leverage AI assisted coding, we truly value fundamentals. Strong experience and fundamentals with Non-AI generated Python Code Python 3.x FastAPI Django 2+ RDBMS Database Design with Postgres or MySQL Strong understanding of ORM REST APIs using Django REST Framework, FastAPI Experience with Queues and Async using Redis or similar Basic understanding of frontend frameworks such as React and NextJs Experience with OAuth 2.0 (Auth flows, Refresh flows) Experience with Caching Git & Docker CICD Fundamentals, Deploying applications to AWS, Digital Ocean or Heroku Experience with tools such as Sentry and Sonar Exposure to AI Assisted development using Skills and Agents KRAs Understanding requirements Contributing to the Scope of Work with technical experitse Building APIs and modules, independently or as part of a team using AI assisted coding Writing well documented and scalable code Writing technical tests for the code Debugging, Resolving issues raised by the QA team Deploying applications in collaboration with the infra team .
