The person should be able to generate new leads, coordinate order details between the customer & factory, showing customer around our experience center and fill relevant sales reports. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested is also a must. Responsibilities: Making a high number of calls and sending high volumes of emails - Converting calls into order conformation and follow up with the factory for dispatch and installation. - Monitor and maintain the customer data in the required formats. - Responding to customer complaints and ensuring they are rectified at the earliest within 24 hours. - Follow up for payment from customers on time to ensure efficient functioning - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems - Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines. - Maintaining customer satisfaction and feedback forms - Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
