Job Description: Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive for their Referral Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive hospital referrals from various stakeholders, including doctors, clinics, and healthcare organizations. The Executive will work to build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, ensuring that Manipal Hospitals is top-of-mind when patients require medical services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement referral strategies to increase patient volume and enhance hospital revenue. - Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential referral sources. - Conduct regular visits to referral sources to understand their needs and address any concerns. - Organize and attend community events and health camps to promote hospital services and generate referrals. - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials targeted at referral sources. - Track and report on referral metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts. - Provide excellent customer service and support to both referral sources and patients. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with referral sources. - Sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote hospital services and secure referrals. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of referral strategies. - Robust organizational skills and attention to detail. - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
