We manufacture French fries, aloo tikki, burger patties, hash browns, and a wide range of frozen appetizers for QSR chains, institutional buyers, and private-label customers across India and international markets. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced VP - Business Development to lead the growth of Lazito's third-party manufacturing and institutional sales business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the frozen food or food processing industry and a proven track record of developing business with QSR chains, food-service companies, and institutional customers. Key Responsibilities - Develop and expand third-party manufacturing and private-label business across India. Identify, acquire, and manage strategic accounts within QSR, food-service, FMCG, and institutional segments.Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at leading food companies and restaurant chains.Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, service levels, and long-term supply contracts.Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, customer onboarding, and timely deliveries.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.Prepare business development strategies, sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports for management.Represent Lazito at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions. Required Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or B2B Sales within the frozen food, food processing, or QSR supply industry. Demonstrated success in securing and managing third-party manufacturing or private-label business.Strong network among QSR chains, food-service companies, FMCG businesses, or institutional buyers.Good understanding of frozen potato products, burger patties, frozen appetizers, and related product categories.Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food safety compliance.Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.Based in Delhi or willing to relocate, with willingness to travel as required.
