As an Inside Sales Representative at Workmates, you will play a crucial role in driving net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for AWS cloud services within the SMB and mid-market segment. Your responsibilities will include owning the complete inside sales lifecycle, generating and managing a strong sales pipeline, understanding customers business needs, and collaborating closely with presales, technical architects, and partner teams to design value-driven solutions. You will also engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to recommend cloud adoption strategies and support various AWS and partner programs.Key Responsibilities:- Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for AWS cloud services within the SMB and mid-market segment.- Own the complete inside sales lifecycle including lead qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal support, negotiation, and deal closure.- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and partner referrals.- Understand customers business needs at a high level and articulate how AWS cloud and managed services can solve business challenges.- Position AWS solutions including compute, storage, security, migration, data, and managed services aligned to customer requirements.- Collaborate closely with presales, technical architects, and partner teams to design and present value-driven solutions.- Engage CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend cloud adoption Work with AWS and partner teams to support programs such as SBAI, MAP, POCs, and funding motions where applicable.- Track opportunities, activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately in CRM tools.- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for pipeline creation, deal closures, and revenue.- Stay updated on AWS offerings, pricing models, and competitive positioning.- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach in a target-driven environment.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.- 26 years of experience in inside sales or B2B technology sales, preferably in cloud or IT services.- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and cloud adoption concepts.- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar Workmates, you will find a dynamic and performance-driven environment where you can utilize your skills and attributes to drive outbound sales, build qualified pipelines, and deliver exceptional value to customers.
