Role: Cafe Activation & Sales Manager Company: Suchali's Artisan Bakehouse Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram with occasional Pan-India travel About Us Suchali's Artisan Bakehouse is a premium artisan bakery brand, retailing across Blue Tokai cafes Pan India and other direct channels. As we scale our cafe channel and expand into B2B partnerships, we're looking for a driven sales professional to own and grow this category. Role Summary This role owns sales growth and brand visibility for Suchali's products across the Blue Tokai cafe network Pan India, with additional responsibility for a portion of B2B sales (corporate gifting, hotels, retail partnerships, and events). The split is approximately 80% cafe channel / 20% B2B. The role is based in one city, with occasional travel for activations and key meetings. Key Responsibilities Own sales performance and growth targets for Suchali's products across Blue Tokai cafes Pan India.Plan and execute in-cafe activations - sampling drives, promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.Manage relationships with cafe/store teams and regional managers to ensure smooth operations and strong brand presence.Help the training team enable cafe staff to actively recommend and upselling Suchali's products.Identify and develop new B2B opportunities, and manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.Track outlet-level performance and report on sales trends, activation outcomes, and growth opportunities. Requirements 25 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or channel/key account managementExperience managing multi-city or multi-outlet retail relationships is a strong plus.Strong communication and relationship-management skills across both retail and corporate stakeholders.Comfortable working with sales data and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).Self-starter with high ownership and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel occasionally for outlet visits, activations, and B2B meetings.Preferable prior experience with cafe chains, QSR brands, FMCG or bakery/F&B distribution.Preferable exposure to B2B/horeca (hotel, restaurant, catering) sales. .
