Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Counselor role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Counselor will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational and career goals, and guide them toward suitable online programs offered through university partners. Daily responsibilities include responding to leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms, conducting consultations, explaining program features, and addressing questions to support informed decisions. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to ensure timely conversions. The Inside Sales Counselor is also expected to meet or exceed individual sales targets, contribute to team performance, and provide feedback from learners to improve offerings and processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse learners and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to drive enrollments while ensuring a positive learner experience.Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.Relevant experience in inside sales, B2C sales, education or edtech, or counseling prospective learners is beneficial.Comfort with CRM tools, telecalling, and digital communication channels, along with the ability to work towards clear targets and timelines, is preferred.A bachelors degree in any discipline and fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage. .
