The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the plywood industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Candidates must have prior experience working in the plywood manufacturing industry , as applicants from other industries will not be considered. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, generating current business opportunities, and ensuring long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and institutional clients. - Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer requirements. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with customers. - Conduct regular client visits and strengthen existing business relationships. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. - Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities whenever required. Experience Requirements - 25 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a plywood manufacturing company is mandatory. - Candidates from industries other than plywood manufacturing will not be considered. - Experience in dealer management, channel sales, institutional sales, and business development will be preferred.
