Regional Sales Manager Bus Sales (515T) Location: Indore Function: Sales Reporting To: National Sales Head About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market leadership for our 515T Bus portfolio . The role is responsible for achieving regional business targets, expanding market share, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.If you have a passion for commercial vehicle sales, institutional business, and building winning sales strategies, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Drive Business Plan (BP) sales volumes for the assigned region. Grow market share across the 12T and 15T bus segments. Expand business in School, Staff, Route Permit (RP), and Tourist segments.Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) penetration and customer adoption. Identify and develop key institutional and fleet opportunities. Ensure profitable growth through the right product mix and customer acquisition. Build robust relationships with dealers, fleet operators, financiers, and key customers.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop winning sales strategies. Lead and coach the regional sales team to consistently achieve business objectives. Drive sales excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management, daily huddles, and performance reviews. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Aftermarket, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer value.What We're Looking For Education B.E./B.Tech (MBA preferred) Experience 1012 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle/Automobile Sales. Strong experience in Bus Sales, Institutional Sales, Fleet Sales, or Channel Management.
