Responsibilities - Achieve monthly business targets across assigned Commercial Lines of Business. - Manage and service existing brokers and intermediaries, drive renewals, and generate new business. - Develop relationships with new brokers and intermediaries to increase market penetration. - Handle Commercial Lines including Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, Workmen's Compensation, and related products. - Ensure adherence to defined service-level TATs and deliver seamless servicing to brokers and clients. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business processing and servicing. Requirements - 1+ year of experience in the Hyderabad insurance market within Sales/Marketing. - Experience with a General Insurance company or leading insurance broker. - Strong experience in Commercial Insurance / Corporate Sales / Broking. - Candidates from Corporate or Broking verticals of General Insurance companies are preferred. - Candidates with experience in the Corporate Agency Channel of private General Insurance companies may also be considered. - Must have an established broker network and strong market relationships.
