Customer Support and Upselling roles

Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team as Customer Support Executives / Upselling Executives . Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to promote additional products or services whenever appropriate. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services (upselling). Achieve individual quality and productivity targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company requirements). Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or Sales is an advantage. Good verbal communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week offs. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Work Schedule Working Days: 6 days a week Week Off: 1 rotational week off Shift: Rotational shifts Shift Timings Male Candidates: 7:00 AM 8:40 PM (Rotational) Female Candidates: 7:00 AM 7:40 PM (Rotational) Who Can Apply Fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
