Dakshiva Legal Associates is looking for a confident, well-spoken Call Agent to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls across our range of compliance, financial, legal, and advisory services. You'll provide basic service information to clients, gather relevant details, maintain call logs and records, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams. What we're looking for Graduate in any discipline Excellent spoken English and Hindi Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/email) Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur If you're patient, professional, and enjoy client interaction, we'd love to hear from you.
