Office Cum Account Executive

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain accounting records and data entry in Tally/ERP. 2. Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts. 3. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records. 4. Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payments. 5. Handle office administration and documentation. 6. Maintain files, records, and company databases. 7. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel. 8. Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation. 9. Coordinate with chartered accountant whenever required. 10. Handle emails, courier, and general office correspondence. 11. Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
