Job Title: AI Agent Developer (LLM & Automation Specialist) Experience: 1 to 3 years Location: Ahmedabad (In office) Department: Development & AI Solutions Role Overview We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Agent Developer to lead the development of autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation workflows. You will be responsible for designing agents that dont just \"chat,\" but \"act\"connecting LLMs to external tools, databases, and APIs to solve complex business problems for our clients. Key Responsibilities - Agent Orchestration: Build and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. - Workflow Automation: Integrate AI agents with third-party services (Gmail, CRMs, Slack, Ecommerce Platforms) using n8n, Make.com, or custom Python scripts. - RAG Implementation: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate). - API Development: Create and maintain robust APIs (FastAPI/Flask) to bridge AI agents with our existing PHP/Laravel and Flutter applications. - Monitoring & Optimization: Set up observability tools (LangSmith, Arize Phoenix) to monitor agent performance, cost, and \"hallucination\" rates. - Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine system prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable agentic behavior. Required Technical Skills - Languages: Expert-level Python (primary) and familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js. - AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph. - LLMs: Deep understanding of Gemini 2.0/3.0, OpenAI GPT-4o, and Claude 3.5 Sonnet. - Infrastructure: Knowledge of Docker, Cloud Functions, and Serverless deployments. - Tools: Experience with n8n or Make.com for low-code automation. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience in the Digital Marketing domain (automating ad copy, SEO audits, or lead gen). - Knowledge of PHP/Laravel to help integrate AI features into our core agency projects. - Background in Data Engineering or SQL/NoSQL databases.
