Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and quality standards. - Build strong relationships with clients and resolve operational issues promptly. - Lead field supervisors and site staff to maintain service quality. - Ensure statutory compliance, employee documentation, attendance, uniforms, and ID cards. - Submit daily field reports, client feedback, manpower status, and MIS reports to management. - Plan and organize operational activities across all sites.
