Build goMLs Mid-Market and Enterprise Pipeline At goML, we build Generative AI, AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Engineering solutions that help enterprises solve complex business problems and accelerate their AI transformation. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative US Market to convert namedmid-market and large accounts into qualified sales opportunities. You will run targeted outbound outreach, build relationships with senior buyers, and create credible early conversations around customer needs, goMLs AI offerings, and the AWS ecosystem.What Youll Do First 30 Days: Learn, Research and Prepare Build a strong understanding of goMLs Generative AI, AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, and AWS-related offerings. Learn goMLs customer use cases, value propositions, qualification criteria, and Sales handover process. Understand the assigned US mid-market and enterprise accounts, industries, buyer personas, and account priorities.Research named accounts to identify relevant business needs, technology initiatives, senior decision-makers, and potential AI opportunities. Familiarize yourself with the CRM, sequencing tools, prospecting platforms, and account-based sales processes. Review existing call scripts, email messaging, LinkedIn outreach, qualification frameworks, and objection-handling approaches.Build targeted contact lists across business, technology, data, AI, innovation, and leadership functions. First 60 Days: Launch Outbound and Qualify Opportunities Run cold outreach through calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn into named accounts that do not yet know goML. Maintain a strong focus on direct calling and live conversations rather than relying only on automated sequences.Build connections with senior business and technical decision-makers across target accounts. Conduct credible early conversations around customer challenges, AI priorities, cloud initiatives, data needs, goMLs offerings, and the AWS ecosystem. Ask consultative questions to understand business needs, active initiatives, urgency, stakeholder ownership, and potential solution fit.Qualify accounts based on business need, stakeholder relevance, timing, opportunity potential, and readiness for Sales engagement. Hand off qualified conversations to the Sales team with clear account context, customer needs, stakeholder information, and recommended next steps. Maintain accurate CRM records covering outreach, conversations, qualification notes, follow-ups, and account calling activity, conversations, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates. Test and improve outreach messaging based on prospect feedback and market response. First 180 Days: Own Pipeline and Deliver Targets Own a quarterly qualified-opportunity target for the assigned US mid-market segment.Consistently convert named mid-market and large accounts into qualified opportunities. Build structured account-penetration plans for priority accounts. Develop multiple stakeholder relationships within target organizations. Hold confident and consultative conversations with senior decision-makers.Identify customer needs across AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, software, and AWS-related initiatives. Partner closely with Sales to improve qualification quality and ensure smooth chance handovers. Re-engage inactive or previously contacted accounts using relevant business triggers, use cases, or market insights.Track opportunity progression, account engagement, and pipeline contribution. Share customer feedback, common objections, market insights, and messaging learnings with Sales and Marketing. Help develop repeatable outbound, calling, qualification, and named-account prospecting practices. What You BringMust-Have 24 years of experience in an outbound SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development role. Strong hands-on cold-calling experience, not limited to email or LinkedIn sequencing. A proven track record of qualifying mid-market or enterprise accounts. Experience prospecting into the US market.Background selling technical or consultative services such as AI/ML, Cloud, Data, Software, SaaS, or technology services. Ability to understand and discuss AI solutions and the AWS ecosystem with prospects. Strong consultative communication and discovery skills. Confidence engaging senior business and technical decision-makers.Experience working with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and prospecting platforms. Familiarity with account-based marketing, named-account, or targeted outbound motions. Strong account research, follow-up, organization, and pipeline-management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to work with sufficient overlap across US business hours. .
