About us EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing marketing and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing Equipments for various applications Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage administrative tasks with a primary focus on payment collection follow-up and maintaining customer accounts The ideal candidate will be organized customer-focused and capable of handling both clerical and financial responsibilities efficiently Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Handle payment collection from clients customers cash cheque online transfers etc Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments Maintain accurate records of receivables invoices and collections Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status Prepare and share collection reports with management Address client queries related to billing and payments Support management in other office and administrative functions as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce Engineering or related field preferred Proven experience in payment collection accounts or office administration Solid communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail time management and problem-solving skills Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce Engineering or related field preferred Min Experience 2 Max Experience 3 .
