We are hiring a Sales Intern to help us put more rooftops to work. SustVest is a full-stack rooftop solar company and independent power producer. We build, own, and operate solar assets for commercial and industrial clients, currently 30+ MW under management across 80+ projects in 13+ states. Our clients include Lodha Group, Hitachi, and Mahle. We are backed by Antler, Inflection Point Ventures, WEH Ventures, Anthill, Gruhas, and MeitY. This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You will sit inside the sales function and own real pipeline work from week one. What you will do - End-to-end ownership. You will not just execute tasks handed down to you. You will own the full sales pipeline, from first touch to closed deal. Full guidance and mentorship. We will not leave you on an island. Our team supports you through the entire journey, from getting you leads to helping you nurture them.Sit in on discovery calls, take notes, and drive follow-ups and proposalsKeep the CRM clean so nobody loses a warm lead to bad data Qualifications and experience - Open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience, or strong foundational skills if you are earlier in your careerComfortable writing a clear, short message to a stranger and following up without being annoyingBasic Excel or Google Sheets comfort.
