Key Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities. Manage Lease Accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.Support FP&A Reporting, including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. Mandatory Skills - Strong experience in RTR (Record to Report). Hands-on experience in Lease Accounting.Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.Exposure to FP&A Reporting.SAP experience is mandatory.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent analytical and communication skills. Eligibility - Experience: Relevant experience in RTR, Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and FP&A Reporting.Education: BBA, BMS, or any Finance Graduate.Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period.
