Are you an experienced Program Management professional with strong expertise in aerospace manufacturing, NPI, project execution, customer management, and cross-functional program delivery We are looking for a Program Manager to lead end-to-end aerospace programs, ensuring adherence to contractual timelines, cost, quality, customer requirements, and delivery commitments. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of aerospace programs, covering requirement capture, proposal, NPI, development, production, and delivery, ensuring adherence to contractual timelines, specifications, cost, quality, and delivery commitments. Establish robust program plans, governance frameworks, standard work, stage-gate reviews, and performance dashboards to monitor schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, and overall program health. Act as the primary interface with aerospace OEMs, defence customers, and key stakeholders, managing customer reviews, negotiations, escalations, program updates, and ensuring strong customer relationships. Drive effective cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure seamless program execution. Own program budgets, resource planning, financial performance, cost control, and opportunity analysis, driving corrective actions and cost optimization wherever required. Proactively identify and manage program risks, opportunities, mitigation plans, contingency actions, and change control, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. Ensure compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, customer-specific requirements, and organizational governance standards, while institutionalizing lessons learned and best practices. Drive continuous improvement, productivity, digitization, analytics, Kaizen, PMO, and Business Excellence initiatives to enhance program delivery and operational effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop the Program Management team, while ensuring adherence to enterprise risk management, information security, safety, business ethics, and organizational policies. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline, with 8+ years of relevant experience for Engineering graduates or 10+ years for Diploma holders. PMP Certification is mandatory. Proven experience in Aerospace Program / Project Management, preferably within an aerospace, aviation, or defence manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of program governance, project planning, risk management, cost management, change control, and end-to-end program delivery across NPI, development, manufacturing, and production. Strong customer and stakeholder management experience, preferably with global aerospace OEMs, aviation customers, or defence agencies. Good understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and people-management skills, with exposure to NADCAP, AS9100, and customer-specific aerospace quality requirements preferred.
