We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud with strong hands-on expertise in AccelQ test automation. The role involves leading end-to-end QA strategy, driving automation excellence, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud programs. QA Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation). Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and QA best practices. Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders and drive quality initiatives. Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery models. 2. Automation (AccelQ) Hands-on Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using AccelQ. Drive codeless automation adoption and optimization across teams. Lead automation coverage for UI, API, and end-to-end Salesforce flows. Validate key Sales Cloud functionalities including: Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards Test business workflows including: Opportunity lifecycle and validations Approval processes and custom flows Perform validation of custom objects, integrations, and business logic. 4. Test Execution & CI/CD Integration Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado). Manage regression, integration, and UAT cycles. Analyze automation results and ensure defect tracking & closure. 5. Functional & Technical Testing Perform: Functional, regression, integration, and system testing Drive API testing (REST/SOAP) for integrations. Validate Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). 6. Stakeholder Collaboration Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, Architects Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release cycles. Provide status reporting, metrics, and quality dashboards. Expertise You'll Bring: 812 years of overall QA experience. 4+ years in Salesforce testing, preferably Sales Cloud. Hands-on experience in AccelQ automation (must-have). Salesforce Sales Cloud data model & workflows Test design techniques and defect lifecycle Experience in API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
