In this role, you will define and manage the QA process for various projects, lead QA Proof of Concepts (POCs), mentor QA Engineers, and act as the primary quality leader within your project and team. You will operate independently, without the need for close guidance. Core Responsibilities QA Strategy Ownership: Define and own the QA strategy for projects, ensuring quality outcomes and continuous improvement. Process Definition: Establish and manage QA processes at both project and organizational levels.
