Ltd. is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Co-Founder to join our founding leadership team. We are building a technology-driven hospitality ecosystem designed to help hotels, resorts, homestays and hospitality businesses manage their operations, digital presence, customer engagement, revenue opportunities and technology requirements through intelligent and scalable solutions. This is not a conventional employment opportunity. We are looking for a technology partner and long-term co-founder who wants to participate in building a scalable hospitality technology company from the ground up. The ideal person should combine strong hands-on engineering capabilities with product thinking, AI expertise, startup execution skills and an ownership mindset. This is primarily an equity-based co-founder opportunity during the initial growth stage. The selected co-founder should therefore be comfortable creating long-term value through ownership rather than approaching the opportunity purely as a salaried technology position. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership Define and execute Vedika Hospitalitys long-term technology strategy. Architect scalable, secure and commercially viable SaaS platforms. Lead technology architecture from MVP development through production-scale deployment. Establish engineering standards, development processes, documentation and coding practices. Build scalable APIs, backend infrastructure and modern frontend applications. Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, security and infrastructure best practices. Ensure reliability, security and performance across the technology ecosystem. Make critical build-vs-buy and technology-stack decisions. Artificial Intelligence & Automation Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions involving: Generative AI Large Language Models AI Agents Agentic AI workflows Retrieval-Augmented Generation AI Search Recommendation Engines Natural Language Processing Intelligent Automation Conversational AI AI-powered CRM AI SEO automation Automated guest communication Reputation management automation Business intelligence and predictive analytics Identify emerging AI technologies that can create meaningful business advantages for hotels and hospitality companies. Build AI infrastructure that is reliable, secure, commercially sustainable and cost-efficient. Product Development Translate the companys business vision into scalable digital products. Work closely with the Founder, hospitality professionals, hotel owners, customers and business teams to identify genuine industry problems and convert them into technology solutions.
