ASSISTANT PROJECT & PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Assistant Manager Program Management (EWIS) Location: SASMOS HET Technologies Ltd. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Program Management (EWIS) to support the successful execution and delivery of Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) programs for Aerospace and Defence customers. The incumbent will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements. This role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in complex manufacturing environments. Manage program schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables for EWIS projects. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure seamless program execution. Track program performance against timelines, quality requirements, and customer expectations. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and drive mitigation plans. Manage engineering changes, customer requirements, and configuration control activities. Prepare and present program dashboards, status reports, and management reviews. Support customer communications related to schedules, deliverables, and project updates. Monitor program costs and support adherence to commercial commitments. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal quality processes. Qualifications & Experience ~ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline). ~48 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Customer Program Management. ~ Experience in EWIS, Wiring Harness, Cable Harness, Electro-Mechanical Assemblies, Aerospace, Defence, or high-reliability manufacturing environments preferred. ~ Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution methodologies. ~ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). ~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
