What Youll Be Doing Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives Execute. Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end Support business planning, research, and decision-making Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth What Were Looking For ~4-8 years of experience in consulting or startups ~ Solid problem-solving and structured thinking ~ Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments ~ Clear communication and ownership mindset ~ High attention to detail and ability to execute independently ~ Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities Location: From our Delhi office .
